1. Scope
NITYA VIKAS MUTUALLY AIDED COOPERATIVE THRIFT AND CREDIT SOCIETY LIMITED. is a co-operative thrift and credit society, not a retail e-commerce seller. This “Return Policy” page explains how we handle refund or reversal requests for payments made through this website (if any online payment or donation facility is offered) and directs you to the correct channel for deposit withdrawals and loan closures.
2. Deposits and loans
Saving accounts, current accounts, fixed deposits, recurring deposits, daily deposits, monthly income schemes, and secured loans are governed by the Society’s bye-laws, board-approved scheme circulars, and regulatory norms. Premature withdrawal, closure, interest, charges, and penalties are not “returns” in the online-shopping sense; they follow the terms disclosed at the time of account opening or sanction. 3. Duplicate or erroneous online payments
If you believe a payment was debited twice due to a technical error, or the wrong amount was paid through a gateway linked to this site, notify us promptly at info@nityavikas.com with transaction reference, date, amount, and screenshot where available. We will review with our bank / payment service provider and respond in line with banking and RBI guidelines. Approved reversals, if any, are typically credited back to the original payment mode within timelines set by the bank or gateway.
4. Donations (if applicable)
If the website accepts voluntary donations for community initiatives, such payments are generally non-refundable once processed, except in the case of proven duplicate or erroneous transactions as in section 3.
5. No cash refunds for digital channels
Where a refund is approved, it will normally be processed to the same bank account / card / UPI used for the original transaction. Cash refunds are not issued for online payments.
6. Grievances
For service complaints, passbook or statement discrepancies, or disputes relating to member accounts, please visit the branch in person or write to info@nityavikas.com with your membership details (if applicable). We will follow internal grievance handling and applicable regulatory guidance.

We may update this policy from time to time. The revised version will appear on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
